We, on behalf of the organising committee cordially invite you to attend the 16th Annual Conference of the UP Chapter of Association of Plastic Surgeons of India, organized and hosted by the Department of Plastic Surgery, Jawaharlal Nehru Medical College, Aligarh Muslim University, Aligarh in collaboration with Association of Surgeons, Aligarh.

Aligarh Muslim University is a residential academic institution, established by the great reformer Sir Syed Ahmad Khan. This premier university, established in 1920 has 12 faculties, 98 Departments of Studies and 38 maintained institutions with around 30,000 students on its roll from all over the world.

Aligarh is situated 130 Kms from Delhi on main Delhi Howrah railway line, and is well connected by train and road, Agra being 92 Kms, Mathura 65 Kms & Narora Atomic Power Plant at 50 Kms. Aligarh is famous for Lock Industry and Brass work. The Climate in the month of February is cool and pleasant.

Invited faculty from various parts of the country will present, a feast of clinical and scientific data borne out of many years of experience to abreast you of the latest in the field of Plastic Surgery. Plastic Surgeons, Paediatric Surgeons, Urologists & General Surgeons alike will be benefitted by a Workshop on “Hypospadias” by none other than Prof. H. S. Asopa, Agra. Another workshop on “Free Flap” will be conducted by Dr. Quazi Ghazwan Ahmad from Tata Cancer Hospital, Mumbai.

Prof. W. L. Olszewski from Poland, a renowned personality in Lymphology will be delivering the R. N. Sharma memorial oration.
